About Ari
Ari Bone is a cellist, guitarist, producer, and performer from Los Angeles. Well-regarded in the Los Angeles music scene, Ari has collaborated with a diverse range of musicians, artists, and other creatives. With experience ranging from studio albums to live performances, Ari has dedicated a significant amount of time to mastering their craft.
Ari possesses a genuine passion for teaching. Starting with guitar lessons in their late teens, over the years, Ari has taught both guitar and cello lessons while completing their degree at CalArts. Now, Ari is eager to further pursue their passion for teaching. Ari is dedicated to ensuring their students recognize that teaching and learning are mutual endeavors. Both the teacher and student must invest equivalent effort to ensure the student truly grasps the material.
Classically trained, Ari studied at CalArts and earned a BFA in Musical Arts. On a personal note, Ari loves attending live music events, exploring nature, and savoring the finest Mexican and Italian cuisines LA has to offer.

What can you teach me better on your instrument than any other teacher?
I can help improve the self starter mindset towards learning the instrument.
How did you learn to play your instrument?
I learned Guitar and Cello by taking lessons early on and practicing about 30-75 minutes a day when I was around the age of 5-10
What equipment do you play on today?
Cello, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Synths, Gamelan and African percussions.
Which personal trait helped you the most while practicing?
Definitely self determination towards wanting to master the instrument.
What does your instrument have that others don't?
A lot of "war" stories.
How do you handle children?
With patience, care and understanding that I was once that age as well.
What has been your greatest experience as a musician so far?
Touring Argentina and Paraguay with my orchestra when I was 18
