Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
If a lesson is canceled between 24 hours and 12 hours before the scheduled start time, a 50% refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: This refund window includes the exact start and end times, so cancellations made exactly 24 hours before or exactly 12 hours before the lesson are eligible for the 50% refund.
