AboutAnishkaV.
I began studying violin at the age of three and piano at seven, and I explored several other instruments throughout my childhood. Having experience with multiple instruments has shaped my understanding of music and given me an appreciation for the different ways people learn and express themselves through it. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in music performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. As a teacher, I believe that every student learns differently, and I tailor my approach to their individual needs, goals, and interests. I emphasize building a strong musical foundation while making lessons engaging, encouraging, and rewarding. Whether a student is learning their first notes or developing more advanced skills, I want them to feel comfortable asking questions, exploring their musical interests, and learning at a pace that works for them. My goal is not only to help students become capable musicians, but also to help them develop confidence, independence, and a genuine enjoyment of playing music.

One of my most memorable performances was being part of the Super Bowl pregame show, performing as part of the musical lineup opening for Green Day. It was an incredible opportunity to perform on such a large stage.
