My teaching ethos is centered on a student-led approach, where learners have an active role in shaping what they want to explore and achieve. I guide and support them by asking questions, offering resources, and helping them develop their ideas. I aim to create a collaborative environment that encourages independence, curiosity, and confidence. I believe students learn best when they feel ownership of their learning and are supported in pursuing their interests.
