I am an independent artist and have been writing, recording, and releasing my own music since my first release in 2016. I have learned so much along the way about how to build an artist project, and I can coach artists through both the creative process and the business side of things.

I love to record original music and produce in several genres. I am passionate about making music production more accessible and to make the learning curve feel less steep.

I have spent 15 years studying moveable-do Solfege and 10 years studying Jazz harmony. I am a strong believer in using harmony and ear training to support instrumental growth and to help songwriters better express themselves and polish their songs.

I teach all ages, but my specialty is with teenagers and young adults.

I release my original music as Chloe Echo. I have released an EP, an album, and multiple singles in the singer/songwriter, folk, and alternative rock/pop genres.

I have been recognized as one of the top 50 alumni in 50 years of my High School for my contributions to their Arts Programs. As an artist, I have been fortunate enough to receive positive press, including Atomic Vox describing me as an "ever-evolving creative mastermind. I won top 5 in a remix competition for an artist I have loved since I was a teenager, Kimbra.

I focus not only on the technical skills you want to build, but also on songwriting and artistry of your instrument. My approach is very practical, and I like to establish good habits for you as a player as you go forward. My demeanor is relaxed yet organized, so I will be able to facilitate quick growth for you while maintaining a positive environment. I am very good at tailoring your learning path to you as an individual rather than trying to fit you into a box. I use books as guides, but I also love to pick songs with you that you are excited about, and I am confident transcribing and creating charts for the songs you want to learn.

I took guitar and voice lessons for several years as a child and teenager, and went on to study voice at Berklee College of Music. I have continued my guitar education independently as an adult. I spend a lot of time with my instruments when I am writing songs and producing music, so I practice often and am constantly learning new things.

I am patient and have a positive mindset when it comes to learning new skills, so I am good at sitting in the discomfort of learning something before it sounds good. I also can become somewhat obsessive when I am working on a new thing, so spending long periods of time practicing is enjoyable for me.

My greatest experience as a musician so far has been making my first full length album. I absolutely fell in love with the process of writing, recording, and arranging a record, and I haven't stopped wanting to be in the studio since.

My family is very important to me, including my chosen family of friends and collaborators. In general, it is important to me to live by values that bring positivity into my life and the lives of others. I value honesty, kindness, and support, and I try to bring those values into my daily interactions.

I love growing plants, taking care of animals, sewing, spending time in nature, and quality time with people I love. I also really enjoy visual arts such as sculpture and painting.

I teach all levels of voice, beginner-intermediate guitar, and beginner piano and bass guitar. I also teach beginner to intermediate music production and beginner-intermediate ear training.
