Having various projects I wrote and composed selected and performed in festivals both in France and NY alongside other fabulous performers and creators. Singing with music legends in the Artistic Intelligence band in New York.

I trained in classical and jazz voice at conservatories in Paris, as well as in musical theatre schools. My professional work then continually expanded my technique: performing with Andy Emler and adapting to demanding styles and ensembles; creating and touring with my own band throughout France; studying with artists including Meredith Monk and Joëlle Léandre; and writing and composing musical theatre works that challenged me to develop new vocal styles and techniques.

Persistence, patience and curiosity.

It is a most direct form of expression, with it you can talk, hum, make an almost limitless textures of sound; it can be the most lyrical, convey the deepest of emotions and tell incredible stories which can immediately move an audience and give them a deep musical experience.

With children, lessons are approached through play and dialogue - I make sure the language and exercises are fun and direct, that they know why we are doing each exercise, and I make sure we work on songs that they love and really want to learn to sing!

Singing with Andy Emler ensembles with the most incredible music, with great musicians and in so many amazing venues; singing with the Artistic Intelligence band with musical legends; singing and performing solo shows with various machines that tell a story and viscerally moved audiences.

It changes regularly, but right now it would be French singer Yseult's self titled album. It's so good.

I write lyrics and compose for various ensembles both in French and English; I have been exploring the use of loopers, vocal processors and samplers in my personal projects which is very exciting.
