Jorge Aragon is a film composer, orchestrator, arranger, producer, and pianist with a profound commitment to storytelling through music. Trained at the prestigious Sundance Institute under the mentorship of acclaimed composers James Newton Howard, Peter Golub, Adam Smalley, Tony Morales, Fil Eisler, Alan Silvestri, Christophe Beck and Marco Beltrami, he brings a refined and cinematic voice to every project. With over a decade of experience as the pianist for legendary Cuban singer-songwriter Silvio Rodríguez, Jorge's work bridges the worlds of symphonic music, Cuban traditions, and jazz. His musical language blends sophistication with emotional depth, always in service of the story. A recipient of honors such as the Cubadisco and La Silla awards, Jorge has established himself as a versatile and accomplished artist, equally comfortable composing for screen, orchestrating for large ensembles, or producing tracks that span genres and cultures. Now based in Los Angeles, he is actively seeking new collaborations across film, television, and multimedia-sharing his expertise with creators who value musical integrity and expressive power
