About Shanice A.

Shanice Aaron is a classical pianist, educator, and performer based in Los Angeles, California. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Piano Performance from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and continued her advanced studies at the Mannes School of Music in New York. An accomplished pianist, Shanice has received numerous honors throughout her career, including being named a California State Winner of the CAPMT Concerto Competition, winner of the Bellflower Symphony Concerto Competition, and First Prize Winner of the American Protégé Concerto Piano Competition. Her achievements have led to multiple performances at Carnegie Hall in New York City. She has also been recognized as a finalist in the Chicago International Piano Competition and received a Bronze Award at the WPTA Finland International Piano Competition. As a soloist, Shanice has performed with orchestras including the City Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles at Walt Disney Concert Hall and has appeared in international performances and chamber music programs in Europe, including Salzburg, Austria. Her artistry reflects a passion for expressive performance, musical excellence, and lifelong learning. In addition to her performance career, Shanice is a dedicated piano educator who has taught students of all ages and skill levels through private instruction and community music programs. She is committed to inspiring the next generation of musicians through thoughtful teaching and a love of music.
