I'm a member of the art pop band YASSOU, where I helped compose and perform two ballets: 'How They Fade' (2016) performed for Louisville Ballet's 65th season gala, and 'FURY' (2018), a post-apocalyptic multimedia concert. I've contributed compositions to the film 'Rust' (2024), and I'm also part of the Bay Area psychedelic pop band Waterstrider and the Berkeley dark pop band Decant.

Beyond teaching, I'm actively composing for film/TV, performing with my bands YASSOU, Waterstrider, and Decant, and continuing to develop my electronic music practice. I'm passionate about bridging classical training with contemporary production techniques.

I received the Mills College Music Department Community Spirit Award (2020), organized the annual Signal Flow music festival at Mills College, and have had my compositions performed by the Louisville Ballet and featured in the motion picture 'Rust'.

I teach Guitar (Classical and Contemporary), Piano, Composition, Composing for Media, Music Theory, and Audio Production. I work with students at all levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
