I was mentored by legendary studio drummer James Gadson who helped me to deeply study what makes records great. Its all about the feel!

I specialize in music production, helping artists make records. I work out of my home studio, as well as other studios around Los Angeles.

I enjoy teaching all ages

I have performed at notable venues including NPR Tiny Desk, Davies Symphony Hall, The SFJAZZ Center, The FIlmore, The Wiltern, Coachella, Bonnaroo, and have performed with artists such as Kristin Chenoweth, Sabrina Claudio, Laufey, Bennie Maupin, Greg Osby, Regina Carter, Joe Lovano, David Binney, Remi Wolf, Louis Cole and many others.

I put out a record of my own compositions that is on all the places you can listen to music.

I love getting out in nature and also enjoy painting and cooking.

My mentor James Gadson was a legendary studio drummer who spent countless hours with me helping to form my approach to music.

I cant teach you how to discover your own voice, to find what excites you and makes you want to continue to explore the drums.

I started at a young age, I had a few teachers growing up and I would always play along to music and play with other people as much as possible.

I play on many different drums and cymbals including a vintage Pearl, a Monteneri custom and a Sonor drum set with Ludwig, Tama, Pearl, and George way Snares. I use cymbals from many brands including 60’s Zildjian As, Ks, Constantinople, Istanbul, and UFIP.
